Meditation is a practice that involves focusing your attention and quieting the mind to achieve a state of mental clarity, emotional calmness and inner peace. The ultimate goal of meditation is to cultivate a heightened sense of awareness , presence, connection to the Self and transcend the ordinary and ultimately experience the merger with the Divine. 

Meditation often involves techniques such as mindfulness, breath awareness, visualisation or mantra repetition. Incorporating meditation into your daily routine can have profound effects on both your mental and physical well-being, leading to a more balanced and fulfilling life.

When we incarnate we are given 10 spiritual bodies; each body given to us to support the journey of the soul on its path of crystallisation. Each week we will explore the teachings of each spiritual body and then practice potent meditations to bring that spiritual body back into balance so that we can become a 10 in 1 being radiating our light and fulfilling our soul’s destiny. 

You can join live or via the recording. You will have access to all the recordings during the 10 week course, so that you can practice the classes daily to support your transmutation and transformation.
