Meditation is a practice that involves focusing your attention and quieting the mind to achieve a state of mental clarity, emotional calmness and inner peace. The ultimate goal of meditation is to cultivate a heightened sense of awareness , presence, connection to the Self and transcend the ordinary and ultimately experience the merger with the Divine. 

Meditation often involves techniques such as mindfulness, breath awareness, visualisation or mantra repetition. Incorporating meditation into your daily routine can have profound effects on both your mental and physical well-being, leading to a more balanced and fulfilling life.
