First Session: £75 (1.5 hours)
First Session is to find out what you want to work with. We will talk though what is happening in your life currently and what your unique goals, points of focus and aspirations are.
We will do an assessment of your physical condition, emotional state and spiritual goals to tailor a practice specifically suited to you. If you are new to Kundalini Yoga, you will be taught the basic techniques required for this practice.
Then we will end with a practice of asana, breath and meditation tailored to your needs.
Follow up Sessions: 1 hour: £60
