Winter Solstice Meditation to Expand your Light within
Sunday 21st December 2025,  7pm-8pm

Winter Solstice marks the shortest day and longest night, symbolizing the rebirth of the Sun and a return of light, hope, and new beginnings. It is a time for personal reflection, letting go of old patterns, and setting intentions for growth as the days begin to lengthen. It symbolizes the cycle of death and rebirth, encouraging spiritual transformation and inner renewal. It celebrates nature’s cycles, fostering a sense of harmony with the earth as life hibernates and prepares to awaken. It is a time to acknowledge the power of light over darkness. It is a time to turn inwards and take time to be in silence, a time to embrace stillness and ignite the light to grow from within. We will mark this special time of. year with a day of potent and sacred meditations from the Kundalini Yoga to ignite the flame of consciousness and expand the light from within. Can’t join live, no problem! You will have access to the recording to practice these potent meditations.

Come and join together online and ignite the flame of consciousness and expand your light. Book your place on this Winter Solstice Meditation Day below.

“Mind is like a cloth. whatever thoughts you dip your cloth into it will take on that colouring. Meditate to discover that you are not your body, your energy, your emotions, your mind, your intellect. Meditate to discover purusha consciousness. Meditate to discover God”
