The mul mantra were the first words uttered by Guru Nanak in his moment of enlightenment. This sacred mantra acts as a compass orientating you back to the source of who you are and ultimately to self realisation. The mul mantra helps to remove fate and awaken you to your destiny. It removes doubt and fear and brings you into relationship with trust and faith. It serves you to be stable in the nucleus of the Self and be victorious when challenges knock on your door.
Starting from the beginning of the mul mantra, step by step each week we will take a segment of the mul mantra and explore the wisdom that is contained within it and then we will practice meditations working on the particular part of the mul mantra that we are exploring. Each week you will also receive guidelines on how to integrate the teachings of the mul mantra in your day to day life.

A TEN WEEK COURSE OF ONLINE MEDIATION CLASSES

A regular practice of meditation is key to reduce the turbulence of the mind so that we are able to reach our true sublime nature. If our mind is not trained, it is likely to repeat patterns that are demoting rather than promoting for our soul. The mind needs to be trained and needs a guiding line and reference. Meditation helps to clean the window of the mind to make it transparent and clear so that our light and radiance can shine through..
Each week we will start the class with a teaching on different topics of mind and meditation and then we will meditate together for 62 minutes. When we meditate for 62 minutes changes occur in the grey matter of the brain and the subconscious mind and the outer projection are integrated.
If you would like to deepen your practice of meditation, you are welcomed to join this class and experience the benefits that you receive with regular and committed practice of meditation.
