Through the use of postures, breathing practices, mantras, relaxation and meditation, Kundalini Yoga teaches you the techniques and awareness to stay healthy. It gives you a strong foundation of health, well being that gives you the energy to deal with all the mental and spiritual facets of your life.

Why have a 1 to 1 Kundalini Yoga Session:
-Have a guided yoga session that is tailor made for you.
-You need support to get into a regular practice and find the right kriyas or meditations to support you with what is happening in your life.
-Practice Yoga from the comfort of your own home, office or hotel room
-You want to go to class, but there is no Kundalini Yoga near you.
-The times of regular classes do not suit you.
-You are travelling and want to keep up with your yoga practice whilst away from home

What do you need for an online yoga class and 1 to 1 sessions?
- A good internet connection
- A computer with camera, microphone and speaker system
- Zoom app downloaded and installed on your phone or tablet or computer
- A space where you will be free of distractions where you can practice yoga safely without knocking into anyone or anything.
- A yoga mat, cushion and blanket
- Water to drink
Terms and Conditions
You are encouraged to approach your yoga practice with awareness and to use care when determining your own ability to do the exercises offered during the Online kundalini yoga classes.
Make sure you look after your body practicing loving kindness and never push the body beyond what it can physically manage and ensure you do not aggravate an existing injury.
