I started the couch to 5K’s running programme a few weeks ago and when I reached 5 K, I decided to continue and start a 10 K Running Programme. When running this morning I realised it would be wonderful if my goal of running 10K could somehow be of service. Guru Ram Das Project is a UK based Charity set-up with the primary aim of improving the mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing of the community.Your donation will help bring:

– Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Outreach Classes to People in Need:

  • People recovering from alcohol & drug addiction
  • Those in prison
  • The homeless
  • Over 50’s and the elderly
  • HIV/AIDS sufferers and carers
  • Women trafficked into prostitution
  • Young adults with behavioural health & learning difficulties
  • Mental health in-patients & women recovering from domestic violence
