Beginners Gong Workshop

It is the first sound in the universe, the sound that created this universe. It is the basic creative sound. To the mind, the sound of the gong is like a mother and father that gave it birth. The mind has no power to resist a gong that is well played.” Yogi Bhajan

This workshop is available for gong novices who want to be introduced to the basics of gong playing. We will cover the following in these workshops.

• History of the gong.
• How to approach the gong.
• The healing properties of the gong.
• Basic strokes in playing the gong.
• Introduction to gong meditation.

These workshops are practical and will give hands on experience to playing the gong for yourself and others.
